The reason why you should avoid these foods is that the fiber has been removed for the most part. These foods are digested faster and turn to sugar, leaving you hungry therefore you eat more. Avoid them.
#3. Try to stay away from wheat products (I know you are scratching your head after I told you about #1). Yes, stay clear of wheat products. Here is the reason; wheat contains a protein called gluten that promotes inflammation in the body. This protein can cause the gut to become leaky, which can open you up to a host of issues.
