The London Toy Fair 2011 is set to break new ground with a record number of exhibitors from across the toy industry brought together under one roof at the prestigious Olympia Grand Hall. There will be a huge variety of toy manufacturers present from major players like LEGO, Hasbro and Spin Master to smaller independent toy companies like Wow Stuff, Bladez Toys, Melissa & Doug and Zappies. They are all vying for the attention of retail buyers and industry specialists alike showcasing their key ranges for the coming year. Interactive electronic pet animals are becoming ever-more sophisticated and realistic and some of the new arrivals this year are no exception. Benji My Best Friend from Animagic is a lovely fluffy white puppy who looks and behaves just like a real pup - Benji will be a sure-fire bestseller in 2011.
It is still early days to be predicting the best selling toys when Christmas is 11 months away but the toy market is always moving forward and has produced many success stories in 2010 with loads more to come this year.
